Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
